At People Like Us Inclusive Care, we believe every child deserves to feel safe, supported, understood, and celebrated.
Our vision is to create an inclusive childcare and youth care environment where children of all abilities can learn, grow, build friendships, and thrive.
We are developing services designed to support children with diverse developmental, physical, emotional, and behavioral needs while providing families with the understanding, flexibility, and peace of mind they deserve.

Care from infancy through the teen years: Planned programs beginning at 6 weeks, with infant, toddler, preschool, school-age, and teen care.
Shift-friendly schedules: Daytime, evening, weekend, before- and after-school care, plus limited overnight shifts in our initial launch plan.
Developmental & behavioral inclusion: Planned individualized accommodations, emotional-regulation support, and a support model with licensed therapist oversight and behavioral aides/skill builders, subject to qualified staffing and approvals.
School-age & teen care: A welcoming environment for connection, confidence, and age-appropriate support. School-age summer care is also included in our plans.
Family stability: A proposed optional membership program to help families preserve childcare placement during an unexpected job loss.
Future expansion: Full 24-hour care, transportation, and partnerships with ABA and special needs organizations are future goals.
