Coming Soon — Planned care beginning at 6 weeks, with programs for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, school-age children, and teens in Indianapolis.
People Like Us Inclusive Care is being developed to combine shift-friendly childcare with thoughtful inclusion for children with developmental or behavioral support needs. Our phased approach allows us to build our programs, staffing, and family partnerships with care.
Planned care for infants beginning at 6 weeks, toddlers, and preschool-age children, with nurturing routines, age-appropriate learning, and opportunities to play and connect.
Planned care for school-age children before and after the school day, with a supportive environment for friendships and daily routines. Our business plan also includes summer care for school-age children.
Our plans also include care for teens, with an inclusive, supportive environment that recognizes their growing independence and individual needs. Specific teen age eligibility, schedules, and program details will be shared as plans are finalized.
Our initial plans include daytime, evening, and weekend care to support families whose work schedules extend beyond traditional childcare hours. Specific hours and available schedules will be announced before opening.
The initial launch plan includes limited overnight care shifts. Full 24-hour care every day is a future expansion goal and is not planned as the starting schedule.
Our planned support model includes individualized accommodations, emotional-regulation support, and trauma-informed practices. The business plan calls for licensed therapist oversight and behavioral aides/skill builders to support children and classroom staff, including individualized assistance where appropriate.
These supports are planned and depend on qualified staffing, applicable approvals, and each child’s needs. Medical-level complex care is outside the initial launch scope.
The business plan proposes an optional membership program designed to help families preserve their childcare placement during an unexpected job loss. Proposed benefits vary by tier and include enrollment-hold periods, temporary tuition protection, or priority scheduling. Final terms, fees, and availability will be announced before enrollment.
As the center grows, plans include a full 24-hour care cycle, transportation services, and partnerships with ABA and special needs organizations. These are future plans, not services currently available.
Our planned payment model includes private pay, tiered sliding-scale tuition, and participation in Indiana’s CCDF voucher program. Voucher acceptance depends on program approval; assistance and reduced-rate spaces will depend on eligibility and availability. Final tuition and participation details will be shared before enrollment.
